Booking in advance is not always necessary, however we would recommend it especially in the height of summer. The following conditions would apply for advance bookings.

 

Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of 20% deposit.

Full payment must be made at least 30 days before start of the tour.

We accept Visa and Mastercard for payment

 

Cancellation

10% charge for cancellation more than 45 days before tour departure.

20% charge for cancellation 45 – 30 days before tour departure.

50% charge for cancellation 30 - 15 days before tour departure.

For cancellation less than 15 days before tour departure any refund is at the companys discretion.

Customers may also be liable for accommodation costs.

 

Insurance: The company strongly recommend that travellers arrange suitable travel, medical and cancellation insurance.

 

Prices: Tour prices are for transport only and do not include accommodation, entrance fees or meals.  The prices listed on the website are valid from January 1st 2012 until December 31st 2012.

 

Luggage: If you have more than one medium sized suitcase and one carry on bag per person please discuss your requirements when booking.

 

Smoking is not allowed on the vehicle by Law.

 

The company cannot accept responsibility for conditions which are outside their control. e.g. the cancellation of sailings, the closure of visitor attractions etc. We reserve the right to alter tour itineraries where necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, traffic problems etc.
